Day and evening classes to suit all levels of ability from beginners to advanced.

Yoga For All is just that – a hatha yoga class offering exercises to stretch, flex and strengthen the body, develop breath awareness and finishing with complete relaxation, re-vitalising body and mind.  Suitable for everyone, including beginners at all levels of fitness.

Yoga Active is a dynamic, vinyasa based 90 minute class which includes working towards more challenging asanas and pranayama techniques.  The combination of breath and movement increases strength and flexibility and re-energises body and mind

Yoga Flow is a form of hatha yoga that links poses together into a continuous flowing movement to stretch and strengthen the body.  A more energetic practice for fit beginners and experienced students.

Iyengar Yoga takes a very precise view of the yoga postures. It focuses on correct physical alignment, using props such as blocks and straps to help maintain this, and postures are frequently held for long periods.  It is suitable for all levels of strength, experience and flexibility.

Children’s Yoga is fast and fun! An interactive story format is used for pre-schoolers and small children, where they join in a yoga adventure that might take them up to the moon or off in a time machine.  For older children and teens the classes are based around different themes using music and dynamic posture sequences.  In the school holidays we offer creative Yoga & Art Workshops for 5 - 11 year olds.

Pilates for Pregnancy helps mothers to prepare for the birth of their babies with specially modified Pilates exercises which focus on strengthening the deep core abdominal and pelvic floor muscles which support the back and growing bump.  The sessions are fun, safe and also involve relaxation.

Birthlight Pre & Post-Natal Yoga classes focus on a holistic approach to pregnancy and beyond.  Weekly classes in a relaxed environment aim to keep you feeling healthy, fit and positive throughout your pregnancy and in the months after your birth to help build a positive foundation for the enjoyment of your baby.  The classes focus not on the birth itself but your health and well-being, as your body undergoes the many natural changes associated with pregnancy, birth and postnatal recovery.  NB These classes are not running this term.  Please contact the Studio for details of the next course.
