Gentle Yoga – beginners
If you’re wanting to start yoga this class is perfect to you. Not just for beginners but anyone wanting to work at a slower pace, for instance if you are returning to yoga after an injury or a long absence. All the poses can be modified to make them suitable for everyone. Participants also learn basic breathing and relaxation techniques. With BWY teacher Tamsin Kelly.
