Introduction to Yoga
Is taking up Yoga one of your plans for the summer but you don’t know where to start?
This Introduction to Yoga session with British Wheel of Yoga teacher Tamsin Kelly will give you a basic overview of what to expect, and prepare you to join a beginner level course.
Discover some of the many reasons why and how Yoga works. Experience some simple breathing techniques, learn the importance of good posture and enjoy a beginner level Yoga practice. The session will finish with relaxation. There’ll also be time to ask questions relating to individual health conditions or concerns.
