8 week Mindfulness course taught by Dr Gail Loudon. The programme is a combination of Mindfulness based stress reduction and cognitive therapy techniques as developed by Jon Kabat Zinn. Small group size, maximum of 6 participants. Suitable for all.
The course fee covers all classes, teaching materials, an extra 9th session held as a catch up 3-4 weeks after the course ends, and an optional 1:1 session during the second half of the programme.
