Mindfulness Course

8 week Mindfulness course taught by Dr Gail Loudon. The programme is a combination of Mindfulness based stress reduction and cognitive therapy techniques as developed by Jon Kabat Zinn. Small group size, maximum of 6 participants. Suitable for all.

The course fee covers all classes, teaching materials, an extra 9th session held as a catch up 3-4 weeks after the course ends, and an optional 1:1 session during the second half of the programme.


Important Information

Studio Yoga is now teaching classes online only with live-streamed classes and yoga and Pilates videos so you can continue to practice at home.

You can also book private tuition for a 1:1, couple or family group session taught via FaceTime or Skype.
