Pilates – Beginners course

A short beginners course is the best way to begin your practice if you have never done Pilates before. Learn the basics such as correct alignment and body awareness with an experienced teacher in a supporting and inspiring environment. Studio Yoga is now teaching classes online only with live-streamed classes and yoga and Pilates videos so you can continue to practice at home.

You can also book private tuition for a 1:1, couple or family group session taught via FaceTime or Skype.
