Pranayama Masterclass

Breath and movement practice and meditation with classic Hatha Yoga breathing techniques. Discover how to use your breath to support you in asanas, create heat, energise or calm your nervous system and more. Suitable for all levels of fitness, but some prior yoga experience recommended. The sessions are linked, but can be taken individually.  With BWY teacher Tamsin Kelly.


Important Information

Studio Yoga is now teaching classes online only with live-streamed classes and yoga and Pilates videos so you can continue to practice at home.

You can also book private tuition for a 1:1, couple or family group session taught via FaceTime or Skype.
