Pranayama Masterclass

Breath and movement practice and meditation with classic Hatha Yoga breathing techniques. Discover how to use your breath to support you in asanas, create heat, energise or calm your nervous system and more. Suitable for all levels of fitness, but some prior yoga experience recommended.
