Vinyasa Flow Yoga – Beginners
These classes are suitable for those who are complete beginners or who have some basic experience of yoga. If you have completed one of Kathryn’s beginners courses this class would be a good continuation of your practice. The classes will flow slowly for the first 35 to 45 minutes through postures at a foundation level with clear instruction on alignment and connecting movement to the breath. We finish with a final guided relaxation.
