Vinyasa Flow Yoga – beginners
Would you like to try Flow Yoga? This 6 week course will teach you the basics of this popular practice in a relaxed and informal environment. The course will cover sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, forward folds, backbends, balances and twists as well as that all important Savasana (final relaxation). The final class will be a full beginner level class, incorporating all that you have learnt.
