Yoga for Beginners

Discover the many benefits of yoga on this six week beginners course. You’ll learn a range of key yoga poses, how to link breath and movement and practise relaxation. Suitable for all ages and abilities. Instructor Belinda Middleton is a British Wheel of Yoga teacher and uses a variety of different methods and techniques to make her classes safe and accessible for all.

For those wanting a daytime course we have Gentle yoga for beginners on Wednesdays at 12.30-1.30pm.
