Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs
12 week gentle, progressive yoga course for those with chronic lower back pain, developed with funding from Arthritis Research UK and tested in a randomised controlled trial. Mind-body group exercise is recommended by the health regulator, NICE, as a first step towards managing low back pain. The class size is kept small to ensure plenty of personal attention.
