Don’t give up on your Yoga and Pilates just because it’s the summer. We’re open throughout July and August with a limited schedule of drop-in mixed ability classes. 1:1 sessions or private sessions for small groups can also be arranged by appointment.
All classes are £12 per person and everyone is welcome, regardless of level of fitness or experience so come and give it a go! Yoga and Pilates are movement skills – the more you practice the better you get. All the classes are listed on the timetable or you can view them here: Summer Holiday classes 2017
