Classes resume after the Easter break on Monday April 20. But we will be keeping abreast of the situation regarding the coronavirus outbreak and following Public Health England advice. We will of course update everyone as soon as possible if this causes disruption to the timetable and either add additional sessions later in the term or credit students accordingly.
New courses for the summer include Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs on Wednesdays at 6.00pm. This is a unique, evidence based course which has been clinically tested in a randomised controlled trial and shown to reduce low back pain.
For beginners there’s a new Hatha yoga class on Tuesdays from 11am -12.15pm, Gentle Yoga on Wednesday lunchtimes at 12.30pm, evening Vinyasa Flow on Wednesdays at 7.30pm or Hatha on Thursdays at 6.15pm
1:1 Yoga and Pilates or private classes for small groups are available by appointment. Contact us to arrange.
Studio Yoga is teaching online only during the coronavirus crisis.
We’re working as fast as we can to put together a package of videos for you to practise at home.
We’ll also be live-streaming classes in April, for groups and 1:1 students.
